Project Overview

In Dubai, UAE, a major property developer set their headquarters overlooking an F1 racetrack in a development aptly named Motor City.  The office park featured an arrival procession through five office buildings, including a gate tower, and terminating at the headquarters.  Underground parking connects each office building.

My Role

Along with a team of architects, I space planned the offices’ tenant spaces, utility cores, and facade development, along with developing options for the headquarters.
